Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. All orders are shipped from Singapore by DHL Express within 3 days.

In the case of lost or delayed shipments, all packages are shipped with tracking. We reserve the right to cancel an order instead of replacing the item. This will usually require a reasonable waiting period before a shipment is considered as lost in transit, based on location and time of year. Filing for lost parcel can take some time and we would require physical/ digital proof that a claim has been lodged and the customer has not received the package.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays/ fees incurred by customs. You may need to pay for any additional charges such as customs clearance. We recommend you to contact your local customs office should you require further details which may be particular to your country.
