Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We provide international free global shipping using DHL or Fedex except for some countries. Countries that are ineligible for free shipping will have pricing quoted during checkout.

Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. You may need to pay for any additional charges such as customs clearance. We recommend you contact your local customs office should you require further details which may be particular to your country.
